If you are not satisfied with a guide for any reason, you may request your money back within 30 days of your original purchase date. We will return your money regardless of the reason, provided the request is made within that window.
Email info@savethisguide.com from the address you used at checkout and tell us which guide. There is no form and you do not need to explain why.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for our team to respond. If your request is within the 30 day window, it will be approved.
Once approved we process the refund immediately. It can then take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Please contact us directly so we can resolve any issue before you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We honour our 30 day guarantee and will help you promptly.
Because our guides are digital, we cannot take the file back, and we will not ask you to prove you deleted it. We would rather trust you and keep this simple.
