Terms and Conditions

Last updated 30 July 2026.

1. Introduction

Welcome to https://savethisguide.com (the "Website"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our Website and the purchase of our digital products. The Website is owned and operated by Two Digital Creatives, LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Florida limited liability company.

By using the Website or buying a guide you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. You must be at least 18 years old to buy.

2. Digital products, delivery and access

We sell digital guides. On purchase you will receive an email confirmation with access details, and access to a customer library where you can download what you bought.

Download responsibility. Please download your guides to your own device straight away. The customer library is provided for delivery and convenience. It is not permanent cloud storage, and we may change hosting platforms or systems at any time, which could end access through the current library. Saving the files locally protects you from that.

Email delivery. An access link is also emailed to you immediately after purchase. If it is not in your inbox, check your Promotions or Spam folders.

These are digital downloads. No physical product is shipped. You are responsible for having a device able to download and read PDF files.

3. Intellectual property

All content in our guides and on this Website is the property of Two Digital Creatives, LLC and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use the content for personal, non commercial use. You may share a guide with family and friends. You may not sell it, charge for it, republish it, edit it, or use any part of it commercially.

4. Payments

Payments are handled by secure third party processors, including Whop, which acts as merchant of record. By purchasing you also agree to the terms of that payment processor.

5. Refunds

Your purchase is covered by our refund policy, which gives a 30 day money back guarantee.

6. What our guides are, and are not

Our guides are educational information only. They are general information for a general audience. They are not legal, tax, financial, investment, insurance, medical, contracting or security advice, and they are not a substitute for advice from a professional who knows your situation.

No professional relationship. Buying a guide, reading it, or contacting our support does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, tax-adviser, fiduciary, insurance-agent or other professional relationship between you and us. We are not attorneys, accountants, enrolled agents, certified public accountants, licensed tax representatives, licensed contractors, licensed insurance agents or financial advisers, and we do not act as your representative or agent in any proceeding.

We do not act for you. We do not file, submit, prepare or lodge any form, appeal, protest, claim or application on your behalf, and we never contact any government office, assessor, insurer, contractor or other party for you. Everything our guides describe is something you do yourself.

Information changes. Rules, prices, dollar amounts, income limits, forms, dates and procedures change, and they vary by state, county, provider and year. Every figure in our guides is accurate to the best of our research as of the date printed in that guide and may be out of date by the time you read it. Verify everything with the official source before you act on it.

Deadlines are yours. Filing windows and appeal deadlines are set by government bodies, not by us. Meeting them is your responsibility, and a missed deadline usually cannot be undone.

No guaranteed outcome. We do not promise that you will save money, reduce a bill or premium, win an appeal, recover funds, avoid a scam, or achieve any other result. Results depend on your own facts and on decisions made by third parties we do not control. Any example, figure or case described in a guide or in our advertising is an illustration of what has been possible for someone, not a promise of what will happen for you. No method prevents every scam.

7. We are independent, and not affiliated with any government

Two Digital Creatives, LLC and savethisguide.com are private companies. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or connected to any government agency, department or program. This includes, without limitation, Medicare, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, the Social Security Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Health and Human Services, and any state, county, municipal, assessor, tax, licensing or consumer-protection office.

Our guides are not official government publications and have not been reviewed or approved by any government body. Any government form, agency name or program name mentioned in a guide is named only to tell you where to go and what to ask for.

Government forms and information are free. The official forms, filings and information our guides help you navigate are available free of charge directly from the relevant government agency. What you are paying us for is the research, explanation, organization and step-by-step method, not for access to anything that is otherwise free, and not for any government service.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Website and our guides are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the information in our guides is complete, current or correct for your situation.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Two Digital Creatives, LLC and its owners, members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost savings, lost revenue, lost data, missed deadlines, penalties, interest, fines, increased tax or premium liability, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to the Website, our guides, or any action you take or fail to take based on them. This applies whether the claim is based in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other theory, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You are responsible for your own decisions. You decide whether and how to use the information in our guides, including whether to file anything, what to say, whom to hire, what to pay and what to sign. Those decisions and their consequences are yours.

Cap on liability. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Website or a guide will not exceed the amount you actually paid us for that guide.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Two Digital Creatives, LLC and its owners, members, officers and contractors from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the Website or a guide, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of anyone else's rights.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the Website to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another person's account, to scrape or bulk-download our content, or to redistribute what you bought. We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you do.

12. Copyright complaints

If you believe material on the Website infringes your copyright, email info@savethisguide.com with a description of the work, the location of the material, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized. We will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you and we each consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Talk to us first. Before starting any formal proceeding, please email info@savethisguide.com and give us 30 days to resolve the matter. Most problems are solved in one email, and our refund policy already returns your money on request within 30 days.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The version in force for your purchase is the one published on the date you bought. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date at the top will change.

15. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is applied as narrowly as the law allows. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Website and our guides. You agree to transact with us electronically, and that electronic records and confirmations satisfy any requirement that an agreement be in writing.
